There are many benefits to becoming a member of the Republican Party of Oconto and the only way you can join the Republican Party of Wisconsin. Membership provides an avenue for action, a means to support the candidates, and an opportunity to uphold our belief in the Constitution as written.  To share and discuss matters which are happening in our backyard and throughout our nation. Giving residents and members a voice in promoting conservative philosophy and principles as well as protecting our constitutional rights.

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS

  • Members have the right to vote at the annual Republican Party of Oconto County’s Caucus 
  • Members have the right to be nominated as an Oconto County delegate at the 8th District Caucus and the Annual Wisconsin Republican Party State Convention. 
  • Members have the right to bring resolutions to the floor of the County Caucus. 
  • Members have the right to be nominated to the Oconto County Executive Team and be nominated as officers and committee members.

BECOME INVOLVED

Volunteers are an integral part in supporting the OCRP and our candidates by advancing our values and conservative governing principles.  Lend a hand and here are a few ways to help the Oconto County Republican Party as a volunteer:

  • Vote
  • Display/distribute campaign signs for our candidates
  • Phone calling on behalf of candidates
  • Participate in the various parades throughout the community
  • Setup and staffing of our booth at the Oconto County Fair
  • Working at the polls including poll watching
  • Distributing literature
  • Help at events
  • Letter writing / Editorials
  • Making signs
  • Work at campaign office
